How to merge PDF files

  1. Click Select PDFs (or drag your files onto the page) and add two or more PDFs.
  2. Drag the rows — or use the ↑ and ↓ buttons — into the order you want. Files merge from top to bottom.
  3. Remove anything added by mistake with the ✕ button.
  4. Click Merge PDFs and download your combined document.

Combine PDFs without losing quality

Merging copies every page from each source PDF into a single file exactly as it is — text stays selectable, images keep their resolution, and nothing is re-compressed. It's the fastest way to turn separate documents, like a cover letter and a résumé or several scanned receipts, into one file that's easy to send and store.

Frequently asked questions

Is merging PDFs free?

Yes. Combine as many PDFs as you need, as often as you like, with no watermark and no sign-up.

Will my files stay private?

Your PDFs are sent over an encrypted connection, merged on our server, and the working copies are deleted right after processing. We don't keep or share your files.

Can I change the order of the files?

Yes — drag them into any order before merging. For page-level control (reordering or deleting individual pages), use Organize Pages.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The tool runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser — there's no app to install.
