How to edit a GIF

  1. Click Select GIFs or drop one GIF, or a whole batch, onto the page.
  2. Pick an edit mode: Speed, Reverse, Trim, Split, Text, or Effects.
  3. Adjust the settings for that mode, such as the speed multiplier, boomerang reverse, trim window, text colors, or effect controls.
  4. Run the edit and use Download all to grab the results.

Several GIF edits in one workspace

Rather than juggling a separate site for each task, this tool keeps speed, reverse, trim, split, text, and effects together. Speed can use a multiplier or a fixed frame delay, reverse can boomerang back through the loop, text gives you fill and outline color control, and Effects adds hue shifts, blur, sharpening, flips, brightness, contrast, and saturation controls. Batch files share the chosen edit, while Trim lets you choose a separate visual start and end for every GIF.

Frequently asked questions

Does the edited GIF have a watermark?

No. Every edit is free with no watermark and no sign-up required.

Can I edit more than one GIF at a time?

Yes. Load a whole batch, choose a separate trim window for each GIF when needed, then edit and download the results together.

What does Split produce?

Split turns a GIF into its individual frames as PNG images, which is handy when you want to rework a single frame.

Are my GIFs kept after editing?

No. Files travel over an encrypted connection for processing. Request uploads are removed when processing finishes, and temporary results expire within 30 minutes.
