How to edit a GIF
- Click Select GIFs or drop one GIF, or a whole batch, onto the page.
- Pick an edit mode: Speed, Reverse, Trim, Split, Caption, or Effects.
- Adjust the settings for that mode, such as the speed multiplier, trim start and length, or top and bottom caption text.
- Run the edit and use Download all to grab the results.
Several GIF edits in one workspace
Rather than juggling a separate site for each task, this tool keeps speed, reverse, trim, split, caption, and effects together. Speed uses a multiplier where values above 1 speed the loop up and values below 1 slow it down. Split breaks a GIF into its individual PNG frames, while Effects adds grayscale, sepia, invert, or blur along with brightness, contrast, and saturation controls. You can load a batch and apply the same edit to every GIF at once.
Frequently asked questions
Does the edited GIF have a watermark?
No. Every edit is free with no watermark and no sign-up required.
Can I edit more than one GIF at a time?
Yes. Load a whole batch and the chosen edit is applied to each GIF, then download them all together.
What does Split produce?
Split turns a GIF into its individual frames as PNG images, which is handy when you want to rework a single frame.
Are my GIFs kept after editing?
No. Files travel over an encrypted connection and are deleted right after processing, and everything runs in your browser with no install.
