Why we built it
Most online image tools do the job but make you fight for it: aggressive ads, upsells before you can click a button, and settings screens full of questions you did not come to answer. InstaFile is the opposite — pick a tool, drop your files, get your result. Every core flow works just as well for one file as it does for twenty.
What you can do
- Images — compress, convert, resize, crop, rotate, watermark, upscale, and edit.
- GIFs — make them from frames or video, convert to and from MP4, WebM, WebP, and APNG, and edit speed, direction, timing, captions, effects, and frames.
- Video — compress, convert, crop, and trim common formats.
- PDF — compress and convert.
- Vectorize — trace artwork into clean, scalable SVG paths for logos, icons, and stickers.
How we treat your files
Your files are yours. When you use a tool, your file is processed and handed straight back — we do not store it, use it to train anything, or sell your data. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy. We also keep our promises honest: server-based tools process your file on our servers, so we describe exactly what happens rather than making claims we cannot keep.
Free, with more when you need it
The everyday tools are free. Heavier use — large batches, big files, and our vectorizer — will be available through simple paid options, so casual jobs stay free and the people who lean on InstaFile all day can get more out of it.
